Booking, Changes & Administration Fee

All bookings include a per-booking administration fee.

To ensure availability during peak season, changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours prior to your pickup time.

No problem. Equipment upgrades or additional items can be arranged in-store upon arrival, with payment made directly to Ski Hire NZ.

Cancellations, Refunds & Store Credit

We understand that travel plans can change. Refunds may be considered in cases of:
  • Mountain closures
  • Injury or illness
  • Flight cancellations
  • Full-day flight delays
Once your rental period has commenced, cancellations may result in a store credit or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
